Slackers started in San Antonio back in 2013, right behind Northstar Mall. The founders, Wallace Harding and Michael Salinas, wanted to create a chill spot for locals to watch their favorite sports with their buddies, or even have a nice date night. This concept was a hit in San Antonio and led to the opening of four more locations: one on Nacogdoches Road, another on the famous St Mary’s strip, a third in the Medical Center, and our newest location at Thousand Oaks and 281. Even though we’ve expanded, we still have the same vibe – a great place to watch sports, play games, and enjoy a cold drink. Our sports bar boasts numerous large-format flat-screen TVs, up to 85 inches, making us the go-to spot for all sports fans. Join us and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, catch all the major games throughout the year, and never miss a moment on our outdoor patio, equipped with large-screen TVs and plenty of seating.
